  • Does LinkUP Realty represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions?

    No. LinkUP Realty is a real estate brokerage that offers referral services. We connect you with real estate agents who are well-suited to represent you. Real estate is a huge investment and we are the safest way for buyers and sellers to find a real estate agent for three reasons:

    2. Cost Reduction: We reduce your commissions paid by over 21% when compared with the national average.
    3. Negotiated Service Standards: We negotiate service standards that the real estate agents agree to uphold to ensure you receive top-notch service and transparency. You will receive a copy of the agreement we sign with the recommended real estate agent so that you can understand those terms and standards.

  • If I do not hire the first agent that LinkUP Realty recommends, can LinkUP provide me with additional agent recommendations?

    Yes. If after interviewing the first agent that we recommend you decide the agent is not a good fit, please give us your feedback and we will provide you with additional recommendations.

  • Since your service is free to me as the home buyer/seller, how does LinkUP Realty get paid?

    LinkUP Realty receives a referral fee from the real estate agent we connected you with only after you successfully complete a real estate transaction with them.

  • If I already know which real estate agent I want to work with, can LinkUP Realty still negotiate commission and service standards on my behalf?

    If you do not already have an existing relationship with this agent, we absolutely can! Just let us know the agent’s name and we will get to work. However, if you have already signed an agreement with this agent, we legally cannot work with you. The gray area exists when you already have an existing relationship with the agent but have not signed an agreement. Legally we can negotiate with this agent for you, but generally it is our company policy not to. We do not want to do anything to jeopardize our reputation for transparency, safety, and fairness to all of the parties that we do business with. In this situation, it can be difficult to create the win-win negotiation outcome that we aim for, which would not be in your best interest. If this is the situation that you find yourself in, please give us a call to see if there is a path forward for LinkUP Realty’s involvement.
